Olivier Rougié is the Chief Financial Officer at RMS and serves as President, chairing its Board of Directors.
Olivier’s passion for the foodservice industry developed early on, as part of the Rougié family, a well-known French brand of high-quality foie gras products.
While studying at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in Switzerland, he gained hands-on experience in food and beverage operations from several prestigious hotels and restaurants in Europe and Asia-Pacific. After two years in Singapore as a senior sales executive for a foodservice supplier, Olivier worked for a hotel and spa in Spain, focusing on developing its food and beverage offering.
He joined RMS in 2000, leading the expansion of the U.S. business across international markets, and opening offices in Paris, Singapore, Tokyo and London. Before taking on his current role as CFO, he served as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing client teams in all five offices. Today he has global responsibility for all accounting and financial requirements of the business, including contract negotiations.
Olivier holds a French Baccalaureate in mathematics and biology, a Bachelor of Science from EHL and a Masters of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, with a focus on finance, accounting and revenue management.
