John is Chief Executive Officer at RMS and has served the company for 20 years, in capacities ranging from software developer to vice president, CIO and COO.
Under John’s leadership, RMS has expanded the company’s portfolio of clients and diversified its range of tech-enabled solutions to address the ever-evolving needs of the industry. As a result of its investment in technology and its people, the company enjoyed double-digit growth in revenue and number of associates. Today, the global teams analyze data, provide insights and increase profits for more than 120,000 leading restaurant locations in more than 40 countries.
He is a catalyst for innovation, implementing the newest and best technology to guide clients and launching the industry-leading SaaS platform, metiRi®, to drive financial clarity and brand health for the world’s largest restaurant franchise brands.
John also serves on the Management Information Systems Advisory Board of University of Tampa and the Digital Marketing Advisory Board of University of South Florida.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Tampa and an MBA from the University of Florida. In 2019, his contributions to the Tampa Bay community were recognized, being awarded the 40 under 40 award by Tampa Bay Business Journal. A proud father of two, he supports the Tampa community and volunteers for organizations such as Feeding Tampa Bay, the Friends of Joshua House and the American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb.
