As Chief Client Officer at RMS, Bob Donofrio leads the business development team, developing client-centric engagements for new clients and helping existing clients become more profitable through the use of data-driven insights and solutions. Working across all RMS departments in the US and internationally, Bob advises franchisors and operators in the restaurant, retail and hospitality industry on financial health, pricing and menu engineering solutions.
Bob joined RMS as a Senior Analyst in 2004 as a recent college graduate. His many roles, including Consultant, Senior Consultant, Director, VP and SVP, earned him invaluable expertise that he shares with clients and prospects.
He received a BS in Business Management and MBA from the University of South Florida and was a member of the Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society.
Bob, his wife and two children live in Tampa, where he enjoys coaching Little League teams, golfing and volunteering for the American Cancer Society, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Feeding Tampa Bay.
