Our goal at RMS is to create a positive change in the communities we inhabit. With over 20 countries represented throughout our offices, we respect and embrace different cultures, interests and actions. Our commitment to social and environmental issues is guided by our associates and the personal values they identify with. At RMS, we are dedicated to shaping our culture around what is important and meaningful to enhance the communities we serve. Rather than focusing on a single organization to support, we prefer to align our actions with several social projects that are formed by groups of individuals within each office. This includes combining efforts with our clients’ social projects and opportunities for volunteerism.
At RMS we are driven by science and knowledge. Being a data-driven organization, our efforts are focused on continuous learning with an emphasis in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). We recognize there are unique intelligences that are not easily captured in conventional formats, but that we have access to within our pool of diverse talents.
