RMS believes that business success in the future will increasingly require leaders capable of utilizing the information and insight uncovered through quantitative modeling and statistical analysis of data. The truth is in the numbers. Building upon our value proposition that our clients experience gross profit gains that equal or exceed 1% of top line sales without declines in traffic, transactions or value, RMS has created the Trust in People program, a commitment to fostering analytical capabilities of future leaders and thus helping to improve business decision-making. We’re committing 1% of our profit to the Trust in People program to help plant the seeds whereby future business leaders can grow and prosper.
The Trust in People program consists of internship programs, onsite faculty visits to share our knowledge and experience through “RMS 101” and speaking opportunities at colleges.
Trust in People interns are students who show great promise in the area of econometrics and ‘unlocking the truth’. Interns work with the RMS team in many capacities. We believe these internships will help nurture and inspire the future leaders in our field. At RMS we see this as a wise investment in making our field even more vital in the future. We also see it as an investment in ourselves.
RMS has a strong interest in the development of econometric theory and wants to support its growth in all areas. Periodically, professors from different universities will visit RMS to spend some time with our executives to share knowledge and ideas.
