Senior Analyst |
Job Summary:
This position requires very strong analytical skills to analyze data and make specific strategic and/or revenue management recommendations to the hospitality industry and to analyze regression results and generate specific pricing recommendations. In addition the position requires the design of client-specific templates and reports for client presentations and special analyses. It also requires the analysis of current restaurant menus and recommended item and category moves based on a breakdown of contribution margins and quantities. Additionally it is required to create, analyze and present revenue reports using both economic and demographic data. The use of SQL to obtain and customize data and data management software to meet specific client needs is also required. The position examines incoming client data for anomalies and makes corrections as necessary and evaluates effect of macro-economic factors on client revenues based on data from multiple sources. Position consults directly with clients.
Education and Experience:
MBA required. Knowledge of statistical methods including multiple linear regression, model building, multicolinearity and time series forecast. Must have proficiency in SQL. |

Job Summary:
This position is a senior career track of the consultant’s role. This position has proven management experience and is expected to handle client presentations and meetings without the presence of senior management. This position will assist in the negotiation of the renewal of client contracts.
Education and Experience:
Masters of Science preferred. A strong knowledge of the dynamics of the marketing and operational aspects of the hospitality or retail industry preferred. For International division, English is required; Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred. A third asian language (Thai, Malaysian or Indonesia) is desirable. |
